the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges of our window
treatment products.
Custom-Manufactured Products
All blinds and curtains manufactured by xarvormao are
custom-made to your specific measurements and design preferences.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are subject to
the conditions outlined in this policy.
Non-Returnable Custom Items
Custom-manufactured window treatments made to your specifications
cannot be returned or exchanged if:

You have changed your mind about the color, fabric, or style after
approval

Measurements were provided by you and products were manufactured
accordingly

The product was made to non-standard specifications at your

- Installation has been completed
Manufacturing Defects
Xarvormao stands behind the quality of our workmanship.
If your blinds or curtains have a manufacturing defect, we will
address the issue at no additional cost to you.
Reporting Defects
To report a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us within 7 days of installation or delivery
- Provide photographs clearly showing the defect
- Include your order number and product details
- Describe the issue in detail
Resolution Process
Upon verification of a manufacturing defect, xarvormao
will:
- Assess the defect and determine the appropriate solution
- Repair the product if possible
- Remake the product if repair is not feasible
- Arrange collection and redelivery at no cost to you
Incorrect Orders
If we manufacture products that do not match your approved
specifications due to our error, we will remake the items at no
charge. This applies when:
- The wrong fabric or color was used
- Measurements were incorrectly transcribed by our team
- The wrong product type was manufactured
- Features specified in your order were omitted
Measurement Responsibility
Accurate measurements are critical for custom window treatments:

If Xarvormao provided the measuring service, we
accept responsibility for measurement accuracy

If you provided measurements, you accept responsibility for their
accuracy

Products manufactured to customer-provided measurements are not
eligible for return due to sizing issues
Damaged During Delivery
If your products arrive damaged during shipping or delivery:
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
- Photograph the damage and packaging immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Do not attempt installation of damaged products
We will arrange for inspection and replacement of products damaged
during delivery at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Order cancellation terms depend on the stage of your project:
- Before measurement: Full refund of any deposit paid

After measurement but before manufacturing: Refund minus
consultation and measuring costs
- After manufacturing has commenced: No refund available
- After delivery or installation: Cancellation not possible
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for the period specified
in your order confirmation. The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or accidents
- Damage from pets
- Fading due to sun exposure beyond normal expectations
- Damage from alterations or repairs by third parties
Consumer Rights
This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights under US
consumer protection legislation. Products must be of acceptable quality and
fit for purpose.
Return Timeframes
All return requests must be made within the applicable timeframe:
- Manufacturing defects: 7 days from installation or delivery
- Delivery damage: 48 hours from delivery
- Incorrect orders: 7 days from installation or delivery
